Author Biography

Candace Epps-Robertson, Michigan State University

Candace Epps-Robertson is an assistant professor in WRAC. Her current research interests include rhetorical educations for marginalized populations, cultural rhetorics and literacies, histories of composition studies, and digital archives for reclaiming and remembering community histories. She has taught in the graduate program, FYW program, and Professional Writing program here at MSU.

She is currently beginning a book-length project that examines a Free School in Prince Edward County, Virginia and working to secure grant funding with multiple partners for the creation of a digital archive for the Free School papers.
