Rebecca Kling, University of California, Davis

Rebecca Kling is a doctoral candidate in the department of English at University of California Davis. She teaches writing at University of California Davis and at San Quentin Prison through the Prison University Program. She is currently working on her dissertation, which is a transatlantic study of the rise of prison literacy in the nineteenth century.
