Connie Kendall Theado, University of Cincinnati

Connie Kendall Theado is Associate Professor in the School of Education at the University of Cincinnati, where she also serves as Coordinator for the Literacy and Second Language Studies graduate program.  Her research interests include the history and politics of literacy testing, particularly in high-stakes contexts, basic writing pedagogy, and postsecondary developmental education.
