Sarah Moon is an Assistant Professor of Humanities at Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Her work has been published in Community Literacy Journal, H-Net Nutrition and The Rambling. She facilitates a food-centered community writing and performance project called Write Your Roots based in Providence, RI.
